Resealing DRV A/C Dometic Penguin II Unit On Roof

Has anyone ever resealed or replaced their DRV Mobile Suites A/C unit on the roof? I think I have water intrusion at the A/C rooftop seal and would like to hear from people that know how its mounted ...

I had a leak problem with a new Cardinal. The unit was bolted down from the roof with lag bolts. I contacted the manufacturer who stated they should be torque down to 50” (inch) pounds. I did and no more leak. If that does not work then you will have to order a seal.
