Resealing DRV A/C Dometic Penguin II Unit On Roof

Has anyone ever resealed or replaced their DRV Mobile Suites A/C unit on the roof? I think I have water intrusion at the A/C rooftop seal and would like to hear from people that know how its mounted ...

First try to gently tighten the 4 bolts from the top by removing the cover. If this does not work, you will need to pull the unit and replace the gasket. DO NOT try to use any caulk on the unit.

To install a new gasket, you will need to remove all 4 bolts, disconnect the wires and lift the unit off. Then install the gasket, sticky side to the bottom of unit. Re-position and tighten the bolts according to the manufacturers instructions.
