Resealing DRV A/C Dometic Penguin II Unit On Roof

Has anyone ever resealed or replaced their DRV Mobile Suites A/C unit on the roof? I think I have water intrusion at the A/C rooftop seal and would like to hear from people that know how its mounted ...

NO WAY would I use "FOAM to serve as a gasket. A closed cell gasket made for the purpose is what is needed!

Barney on a DRV there is NO access to the AC units from the inside as they have a totally ducted supply and return system. Notice the rectangular return grill and the round supply.

YES DRV AC units are held down by lag bolts, NOT thru bolts.
