Curiousity Question - I have a new Montana ordered with a Residential Refrigerator in it. How does it operate while traveling on the road with no LP?

I would check with the Montana people. It may not be intended to operate while in motion.
One advantage of residential units is that they hold the cold better than RV units. Get it cold, then leave the door closed and it will hold temp for 24 hours.
