retired and hitting the Road

When I bought my dually, I was uncertain of how big it was. I bought used so I didn't get killed if I didn't like it. I like it a lot, and don't have an issue with the "big butt". My wife does though, she doesn't like it, and neither did our mailbox. This is the first long bed I've had too, so this truck was a big change. I really like the long bed. The hitch takes up a lot of the bed, but with a long bed, there is a lot of additional space to carry things. I've had a load of firewood, two bikes, two hamocks, and our door step made from 2/3 a plastic pallet, in the bed at one time. I can carry a lot. I wouldn't go back to a short bed, with a 5er anyway.
