When you get home and have time - suggest you look under the hood of the same year truck as the one (yours) destroyed by the fire.
Maybe something will "jump out" at you as a possible culprit - maybe not.
(like the squirrel vs fuel line thing).
Might be nice to know - even if it's simply "guesswork" on your part.

This really does help, being able to look at another same or similar truck.
I did that with my burned out truck, once I got it towed home. Since I have 2 F350's of similar year, but different engines, I parked the running one next to the burned one and compared things.
My fire started in the heater box area, which was the same on both trucks, despite different engines. Since I had the intact one to look over, that is when I noticed the heavy wiring going into the heater box and started investigating what's in there that could cause an electrical fire.
On the 6.7 engine, that plastic fuel line described earlier sure does sound like a possible culprit. If it was spitting fuel on a very hot turbo, I can see that causing a fire.
