I don't think that Disneyland will allow you to take a golf cart into the park, but if you only need to transport two people, I have taken one of these into the park at Disney California.

It will go 10 MPH and has 75 AH group 24 batteries, so will last for about 30 miles. It can carry two people at a time, you can order a huge basket for the back, but that makes taking off the seat a bit more difficult. Total weight is about 350 pounds, so it is difficult to carry on a rear mount rack, such as a cargo carrier, but I did that too. WIth the battery weight, the front of the Jeep was a bit light, so I had to remove the battery each time, not to difficult, but you have to remove the seat first. The batteries plug in wiht anderson connectors.
