You would be surprised how many people on CL are looking for tires. The same people searching Pirate and also probably looking at Craigs. The nice thing about Craigs is the people are more or less local. On Pirate you seem to end up with people on the opposite side of the country and want you to ship the tires. I always put "local pick up only" in the ad, so I don't have to deal with the hassle of shipping something big and bulk like tires.

Hi,I would list on craigslist first. I've had good luck with that. The problem with the offroad site I am a member of, you have to have several posts before you can list anything for sale.

Jeep guys are definitely crazy when it comes to off-roading... Back in the 70s you would see a brand new JEEP going down the middle of the Salt River in Phoenix...

I still do some trail rides here in the mtn trails behind Harrisonburg VA on the forest service roads... I'm always too chicken to do the extreme stuff afraid I will destroy my Jeep..

In my JEEP TRAILER tent camping days you would find a bunch of us running the AZ high country with our setups that look similar to these google photos.
