Rockwood Ultra Lite 5th wheel

We have a Rockwood Ultra lite 8281SS and have been very pleased with it for the most part. We purchased it new in 2010 and have taken mostly weekend but several long trips--TN to Florida; and over to the east coast beaches in South Carolina and Maryland; up the east coast to Massachusetts. This past summer we had to replace a main slide motor and we have a few places where the decals are beginning to chip off; but those are the only problems we've had, so overall have been very pleased. We have 3 children and a dog, so the floor plan works for us and the interior has held up pretty well. This was our second Rockwood product (first was a Roo hybrid TT) purchased from the same local dealer----service is good for routine stuff. We had the Roo 4 years and didn't have a single problem.

I would purchase another Rockwood, but now I have an F-450 dually so not so weight limited---just driveway limited due to the slope that bottoms out longer fivers:R
