My roof looks like yours. My rig is older, 2006. The peeling is from a coating that didn't last long and didn't stick well in the first place. I had it at a reliable repair shop for other work and asked them if I needed a new roof or re-coat. They told me coatings are **** and that the only thing wrong is the white color is coming off the roof membrane but that it is still a good roof. They didn't suggest a new roof or anything. If my trailer was worth more, I might go with the RV Flex Armor, but see no reason to based on the comments from the repair shop.
