RV Flex Armor for me after my rubber roof failed at 5.5 years old. And zero caulking to worry about. Yes, I would put RV Flex Armor on a brand new trailer. I will NEVER EVER own another rubber roof longer than it takes to install RV Flex Armor. I consider this install a must have option that is just part of the purchase price just like replacing the china bomb tires.
