My fifth wheel is a 2015 so it's still very clean and now it's always under an enclosed RV carport when not being used. I want to get the rubber roof back to looking like new..... What's the best clea...

Have you considered just leaving the roof alone. I promise I will not climb up there and look at it. :W
Seriously, I have never entertained the thought of cleaning the roof.
I was kind of thinking that I don't care how the roof looks any more than the belly looks like. JMHO
