Roof coating success story....DuckCoat...with Pictures

Hey. I was wondering if you do the laptop sealant before or after this product.  Places like around ac and edges and vents where sealants goes.   I was thinking about applying all new sealant and using this product.  Could u let me know if I need the sealant or just use this. Or which to do first this product than sealant or vice versa.  Thanks Chad.
