Very nice write up and follow up post. I went through a very similar process with mine in 2012. I posted about it with pictures very much like you did, here.
As a follow up, my roof now looks very much like yours did in the "before" pictures. I am somewhat disappointed in the results. I must say however that our trailer sits outside in the sun for most of the year now and spends 5 months in the hot Florida sun that past couple of years. Our roof now has the cracked, parched look that yours had at the beginning. I hope your application holds up better than ours has.
I think that I may try the new sprayed on roof such as RV Roof.com or possibly RV Armor. in another year or so. My roof does not leak and never has but don't want to take chances.
