I thought Liquid Roof was the top-o-the-line coating? But then again, what is the life of a rubber roof- 10 yrs? You just got an extra 5 yrs, which a recoat of something will likely extend...and WITHOUT ANY LEAKS this whole time :C
I told the Mrs. that for $200 every 5 yrs or so, we'd do the DuckCoat, if that is what we settle one. Maybe later this summer.
