To answer a couple of questions or comments -
1. I have not had to seal any edges or roof penetrations because I did those about 10 or so years ago with Eternabond tape and then used the Liquid Roof over the tape when I did the roof. That tape is on for the duration and will never leak. I checked it very carefully yesterday and it is still on as tight as the day it was originally put on.
2. My trailer is no longer in covered storage and has not been for several years. It is either in the northern Michigan woods (constant sun all day) during the summer, or it is in the hot Florida sun during the winter. We no longer keep it in the shelter beside the barn like we used to as we use it all year long.
I guess I am satisfied with the way the roof is holding up considering the exposure it gets. If it needs recoating again, it would just have to be cleaned well and then the new coating applied.
