I would think that Keystone might agree to repair that at your expense.
I don't understand how some folks think Keystone would touch that mess with a ten foot pole after it was dorked up like that.
i guess I lucked out. I keep checking my Laredo there and all is well. Maybe back in 2010 they did better.
