I THINK our kids are insured with USAA, but the insurance company just paid to replace a roof on their 2011 MS that had been damaged by a branch during a thunderstorm earlier in 2014. IIRC, the puncture wasn't very large at all and only penetrated the membrane, not the underlying decking. They had the work done by Paul Cross at Indiana Interstate in November.
Now, if the roof is 12 years old, that's another matter....
