After 6 years our roof just deteriorated and started to leak, wood underneath had to be replaced. Called about warranty since it was suppose to be a 20 year warranty, worthless.
We have Auto Owners Insurance, RV shop said there 'might' have been some hail damage contribute to it so Auto Owners paid not all but a big portion of the bill. I thought they were more than fair.
Don't just take the first person you talk to that says no, ask to speak to someone higher up. It can't hurt.
