I did the same thing with a 1996 motor home with an EPDM roof. I used a product called Kool Coat which I bought at Camping world. Not sure who makes it. It requires that you wash the roof, then apply a primer, then two coats of Kool Coat. I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out beautifully. Thirteen years later it looked as good as when it was put on. Never peeled or went bad in any way. It dries to a very light blue, or almost white or like the same background as this text box. An added bonus is it stops the black streaking that comes from the EPDM.
