Rubber roof reseal ????

A couple months ago I coated the roof on our 96 Southwind. I covered all bad or questionable areas with Eternabond.

I scrubbed the roof with Tide powered laundry detergent, rinse well and allow to dry.
Don't use Dawn or Murphy's Oil Soap, it may cause the coating to peel.

Heng's Rubber Roof Coating was applied, no primer needed. I put two light coats on the roof. It looks great.
I bought three gallons and have about half a gallon left. It covered 30' of roof.

I'm very satisfied with the results. It was easy to apply, it goes on like paint.

I could use a similar reseal, I do see that where the roof material rolls over the edge at that seam looks to need some attention, no sure how to attack it with self leveling sealer or eternabond?

I used 2" Eternabond along the area where the roof meets the side walls.
1/4" overlapped the rain gutter, the rest was on the roof. It didn't interfere with the rain gutter.
I bought two 50' rolls of Eternabond so I could put a solid 30' piece along each side.

Before applying the Eternabond tape I filled the small gap between the rain gutter and the roof with Dicor caulk. It made an even surface for the tape.

I used what roofers use for EPDM and TPO, worked great. Also read their case study's.

First gallon I got from RV place and paid $112.00 following year I called around roofing places $48.00

Also talked to their corp and local sales rep about tinting (no problem) and corp gave me a few hints. Brush on is so much better coverage in little tiny spots you won't see using a roller but of course you use more. I'm very happy after several years. The more you clean before use the better off you'll be.

do you put the flex clear on top of the Bus Kote for UV protection??

Look at this website epdmcoatings.com, I just bought a 5 gal pail of their Liquid Roof. Good videos to view on preparation and application. I have all of my prep completed and hope to apply the coating this week depending on temperature. Could reach 90 degrees Monday.
My roof is 11 years old and needs attention. Half price shipping through 10-31-16. There is a chart to guide you in ordering the right quantity base on the unit size.
The hardest part of the job is the prep work, at 72 years old my body is letting me know that I scraped and replaced caulk and scrubbed the roof surface.

.............I did this application in 2011 ! Start very early like as soon as you can see clearly . You only have about 2 to 2.5 hours to get the liquid rubber on the roof , the product starts setting UP as soon as you mix in the catalyst . The warmer the outside temp IS , the FASTER the product sets up and will become Impossible to spread at some point .
.............This IS a TWO man job ! Use masking tape along the outer perimeter on any surface you donot want to coat . Wear old tennis shoes as you will toss them in the dumper when finished . This coating is a pain in the ass to work with but it will extend the life of your roof . , jf

I was looking at a Ultra Siliconizer at Home Depot by Lanco, says it is 100% acrylic elastomer and good for EPDM ( Rubber Roof ) Has anyone had any experience with this, about 100 dollars for 5 gallon. My Cardinal is 11 years old and needing resealing
