Just keep washed when needed and inspect. If you can keep it covered in storage that would be great. If you find a small tear don't seal it with caulk call your insurance company. I found a small tear and was going to caulk over it but my said to call the insualrance and open a claim. They replaced the roof. If you caulk it and it leaks and causes damage insurance won't cover you.
