According to Google Maps, you trip will be about 5 hours, which is not nearly enough time to cool down the fridge to proper operating temps. You will likely need 12 or more hours with the fridge on to reach proper temps. Turn it on the night before and let it stay on all night, then load it with pre cooled items (no stuff that has not been precooled) and enjoy your trip.
