Yes, it's called a "service network." However, it's very much like when you buy an RV from Jeff Couch's or RV Wholesalers who have a "service network." Getting service where and when you need it is not guaranteed. Now, I'm pretty handy and not worried about it so I went ahead and bought from Couch's but many RV owners would not be happy if they expect quality and prompt remote service.
