Augusta RV in Augusta, Georgia

On my last trip, I destroyed 2 rear leveling jacks on my 2012 motorhome. Got it to Augusta RV near home. As I was standing there, they got on the phone to the manufacturer telling them what they saw and that it was just outside of the manufacturers warranty. They told the manufacturer that they felt they should consider doing the repairs since it was so new and it appeared to be something related to a jack failure. Long story short, they made all the calls to the manufacturer, did all the leg work and kept my portion of the repair bill down to a bare minimum. The repairs took a while but they kept me informed during the entire repair period. When I went to pick it up they explained what they did and went through the leveling procedure several times in different locations on their lot to assure me it was right. I have never experienced this type of customer service in dealing with a mh. I appreciate their service and work and recommend them to anyone in the Augusta, Ga or nearby area.
  • That is awesome. Glad to hear there are still good dealers out there trying to go to bat for the customer.
  • I race at Carolina couple of times a year and will remember this if something ever happens down that way. Good info
  • cjd10. We have spent many, many hours there. Kind of got out of the racing once the son got out of college and built a home.
  • Alikenracer,

You don't happen to race at Carolina Dragstrip?

  • Outstanding for sure. It does seem that really good, customer focused RV repair is becoming more rare these days. Great that you found someone who is that good.
