Squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Just pester them daily until it gets done. I've found that assuming the dealer is well run and responsible and will get your repair done as soon as possible will mean you wait a really long time. YOU have to be the person pushing the issue. You can do it nicely, but regular phone calls to them (like every 2 days) will keep things moving along. You have to be in their face.
