My dealer has a separate group (part of service dept) to do the 'walk thru' and PDI. This after I had already 'nit-picked' details and had them repaired. After that was done I signed off on the PDI and noticed that the PDI guy had a $500 charge that he handed to the Sales Dept. Cost me nothing! Sales had to eat it.
BTW, I don't go to the selling dealer for warranty work. Too far away. Local RV repair shops are more convenient and the manufacturer is easy to work with.
