We know this method would not work for my wife's sea kayak, but it looks like our 12 ft and 13 ft kayaks would be ok.
The RV we are looking at comes with a receiver hitch standard (3000lb tow ). However, I am not sure how the load will act driving down a highway at 60mph pivoting on a 2" receiver hitch.

I ordered this rack last year for my fiver. I must say it is a very well built unit and heavy. I ordered the one that carries the kayaks and our bikes. I only wished that the rack was made out of aluminum instead of steel tubing.
