Short answer is, you don't. Two things can be done to reduce & make it easier to clean them off.
Keeping the speed below 65 seems to help reduce the numbers of them that go splat. Combine that with a couple coats of really good marine wax which makes those that do meet their end on your front cap easier to wash off.
