I purchased a new KZ TT in 2012. My first lengthy trip was the following year where some issues arose. The authorized dealer I purchased the trailer from was a 100 mile, 3 hour trip (yes, in the Northeast U.S. a 100 mile trip takes 3 hours). KZ worked out a deal with a shop 10 miles from my home and signed off on them doing the repairs. While there was some lag in communication the repairs were completed with no out of pocket expenses and three years later no new issues.
Honest, timely communication is huge for me. Yes, I would like my trailer fixed yesterday but if it's going to take two month then tell me it's going to be a month and keep your word.
