I'd have to agree here! Travel Village is right there on the 126 which is a lovely drive. There may even be some roadside fruit stands open - if so, check them out! Great produce and fruit all along the 126.
The after a night here, you might want to investigate Morro Bay State Park. If you need hookups, they have water and electric and and also a dump station.
