I just check the weather in Meridian, ID for today.
Today: Low 18, High 37, Wind NW 8 mph, gusts 15 mph, cloudy, precipitation 15%
Record: High 61 in 1928, Low -7 in 1985.

Depending upon where the OP lives, chances are every campground around is closed this time of year and he may not be able to use it as a drive-way camp.
