I have the roof/caulking inspected and the wheel bearings serviced every year. Costs about $200 here in WV. I bought an extended warranty on the last RV and I quickly canceled it due to the fact that I was in Lufkin, TX last winter and could get no service. It wasn't a bad package, I read all the what is/not covered before I bought it but it did me no good last winter. YMMV

add to the $200 the cost of the dealer preforming the other required services and the hundreds will mount up rather quickly .... as noted, the thing that really shows it is a scam is the fact that the number one thing listed is they require the roof to be checked and THE ROOF ISN'T COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
