a lot of "warranty work" is not paid for...the factory sees it as part of the dealers responsability. That comes from my current dealer...a past dealer...and my brothe-in-laws brother that owned a dealership not my opinion. I agree 20k is a lot....you should get 30% off MSRP but remember your local dealer has inventory...interest payments...insurance...payrole taxes...etc where the online is all paper drop shipped.
