Just refi with who you want to. Normally there's no early payoff penalty. Did it when we bought our previous truck to get incentives. I guess if you started the refund procedure then the whole deal may be off to a shaky start though.
Unfortunately they require that you stay with them for a minimum of 1 year. If you refi in that period you have to pay all the discounts.
