Good question above about the wheels being rated for 110 PSI.
I have Michelin XPS Ribs on my 5er. 16,000 miles, 6 years, never a low tire, ride great, and still look basically new. I typically add 2-3 psi to each tire in the spring and they are good for the rest of the season. Mine will age out before they wear out.
With the cost and frustration of having tire problems on the road, and compared to the purchase price of the truck and 5er, I felt the price of the Michelins was a small price to pay.
