These two tires are about the same diameter.
Your two choices are at completely different ends of the spectrum! One is most likely the best tire available and expensive(good for 7-8 years of service) and the other is just another ST tire which are pretty cheap (good for 3 maybe 4 years of service). There are choices if money is an issue between to two. I pointed one out in the Firestone Transforce HT! Chris
