Re read what I posted which takes a trailer being over tired into consideration ie;
Goodyear = poor ride quality
rvsafety.com = over inflation causes basketball effect.......;allow a 10 – 15psi safety margin above the minimum required inflation pressure.

I've ran several sets of 16" 12-14 ply tires and even 19.5" tires on heavy trailers at max psi 24/7 and never had any issues with braking or any impact damage from max sidewall pressures with a empty trailer or the same trailer fully loaded.
