Okay... I rolled the dice! Put a set of Saliun S637 today. How are they holding up for those who have put them on?

That is your choice to buy what you want and it is my choice to buy what I want. But don't twist what I say! I don't have to prove anything. If it is non road hazard based on their examination of the tire they will and do pay.
In my opinion they covered a tire on NC's RV that was probably overloaded because of a weak spring causing excessive load on that one tire.
I would say they went above and beyond for him.
I like a company that will back up their products.
