The Prime Time (Sanibel) web page doesn't define what the extreme thermal package consists of....
From what was available, the CC appears to have higher R values and BO Plenty's 36CKTS may have thermal window panes.
I didn't compare the DRV specs, maybe BO Plenty did.
Lastly, not everybody can afford a DRV...or want to...for all they cost, they have their share of problems too.
