Sanitizing fresh water, how do you get bleach in the tank

I just got a brand new High Country 338DB. I want to sanitize the fresh water tank but I don't know how to get the bleach in to the tank with the power fill and no regular opening like on my old TT. ...

That's how I do it, and it sterilizes the hose also.
