Hi Jim. I have a new Solitude 305 RE. I had the same dilemma. The Solitude manual describes the process - basically, you put several gallons of water with Clorox (1/4 cup Clorox per gallon of water) in a large water jug; attach a clean hose (manual cautions against using your fresh water hose; set your water valve to city water fill, and siphon the water from the container into your fresh water tank. Fill remainder of tank with fresh water - let it set for several hours; dump; rinse; go for it. Hope this helps. I have the Anderson Kantleak valve system - not sure what you have.
