Yes, it is that simple. Rules shmools... No reason to tell DTV anything. you arent stealing anything, and using the service you are already paying for.
I see tv4rv.com has the satellite antenna (dish) for sale too. Easiest route is to buy exactly the same dish and lnb you are using at home, then no box reconfiguration should be needed.
