We have Directv at home. On our FW, I installed the Traveler Directv dish which will automatically locate the satellite signal. I added 2 receivers to my account for $7 each per month for the camping season. I deactivate the receivers after our last trip and activate them just before our first trip of the season. Directv told me that I would get the local station for my permanent brick and mortar unless I call and change my address for the RV when we reach our destination. Since I have only one account for all the receivers, my semi-adult children that stay at home would also be watching the local channels where RV is located. Too much hassle; not to mention it would foul up the recording settings for scheduled shows on my home DVRs. I can usually get the locals over the FW's HD antenna. I can get local news where I'm camping and also keep up with the local news at home.
