Schwintek slide out of whack

I have a slide that is out of whack. I have tried running slide inane out 3 times to regime. I have also tried extending slide all the way and running it in and out 8 to 10 inches 3 times. I have also run it in all the way and extended it 8 to 10 inches 3 times.
Non of this has worked. It still is out of whack.

What can I do to get it back in time?

Do you hold the switch down until it shuts off?

    Yes
  • Not sure if this relates to your issue but I had an issue with my Schwinteck slide where it was noticeably "lagging" on one side and it would take multiple tries to get the slide in or out. Like you, the syncing did not relieve the issue. Took it into the shop and they determined that the cable going from the controller to the forward most motor was damaged and providing intermittent power. Cable was replaced and it has worked fine ever since (knock on wood!)
  • go on you tube. there are videos on how to reset the slide using the controller. It was also explained in my owners manual but that was confusing. Had the same problem did the procedure and it has worked great since then.
  • Called my dealer and he told me to put the controller in override. Then run slide all the way out and all the way in. Let it rest until led lights on controller stop working. Then try running it out and back in.

That appears to have fixed it.
