Screen door for toy hauler opening?

My Jayco comes with a pull down screen, but it is either open or closed. This is probably good for evening sleeping, but not go for going in and out through the rear door during the day. I also plan to use the rear deck as a patio (eventually). The OEM screen will not last long being raised and lowered 50 times a day.

So I see all kind of screen doors on the internet from $100 - $400. Some use adhesive, some magnets, some have zipper in the middle. Which is best and for what reasons?

Also, I would prefer a non-zipper middle opening, maybe something with magnets that you can walk through at any time and it just comes back together automatically (not sure how to better describe it).
