Screw pulled out of wall.... best fix??
One of the screws that holds the plastic "thingy" on the bottom of the string for the blinds pulled out of the wall on our new Cougar. When it was back for some other warranty work the dealer was told...

They make these in both zinc metal and plastic. I used some plastic ones to secure my dining table to the wall many years ago, and they hold very well in the styrofoam wall covered with thin plywood on the inside and fiberglass on the outside. Pull out strength is about 40 - 60 pounds with the thin plywood.

I had to cut the tip off, so that the overall length is not longer than my wall is thick! Make sure it will not poke out the exterior side, that would be embarrassing! And more difficult to fix!
