One of the screws that holds the plastic "thingy" on the bottom of the string for the blinds pulled out of the wall on our new Cougar. When it was back for some other warranty work the dealer was told...

Worse comes to worst, you could get a small, decorative wood piece and glue it to the wall. Use that as a base to screw into.
