My 5er was at the dealers when it was broken into. The door was locked with the dead bolt locked as well as the handle lock. The dead bolt held as they pried the door up but not enough to gain entrance. So they pried open two windows before they could get in. They stole the TV with receiver(something I would have liked to have seen because the opening was only about a foot), they pulled 2 cabinet doors off the hinges and also stole the bedding that was on the bed with the memory foam. Moral of the story, as a few people have stated, if they want in bad enough, they will get in. Now the electronics come out when the 5er goes to storage. I put a lock on the king pin. I often think I should just leave it unlocked, leave a message, along with a bottle of liquor, saying there isn't any electronics and have a drink on me.
