Security Porch Light Motion Sensor won't work (Solution)

I have this type of light and can't get it to work. It was working in Feb but stopped at some point durning the trip. I thought it was the bulb and that was replaced today and still not working. I did...

The light should start blinking green once it is dark enough, once green then the motion detector should turn the light on....when blinking blue it means it is not dark enough yet...if I remember correctly.
